DMI’s asynchronous program does not offer student aid at this time.

Students are required to pay in full upfront or set up a monthly payment plan. The first payment is due during the first month of enrollment. A discount is offered for students who pay in full upfront. Learn more about this discount here.

Students paying through a monthly payment plan must keep their payment account in good standing to continue accessing the courses.

Yes and no.   
 
For students enrolled in the Elite Membership, one will be shipped to you.  It is yours to keep.   
 
For students enrolled in an individual membership (Foundational, Advanced, or Premium), you have some choices:
1. Provide your own workstation or laptop that meets minimum specifications.  Note:  The software in our coursework will NOT run on a tablet, iPad or mobile device.
 
Please additionally note that DMI does provide technical support for student provided workstations at an additional charge.
 
2. If available, you may access one of our workstations remotely. This is a functional solution but is dependent on the student’s high speed internet connection.
 
3. A great option for students NOT enrolled in the Elite Membership is to purchase a laptop from DMI. We do not upcharge for the machine and we set it up for you so when you receive it, it is ready to go.
 
For now, please contact us if you wish to purchase a laptop. We guarantee the laptops we provide are more than sufficient for 3D work.
